Last post was a month ago.
I’m ashamed of myself. So many times I wanted to write something, but didn’t feel like I was in the right head space… or I was too busy at the moment… or there was stress to get more work done… …what happened?
Its so easy to get distracted and feel like time is running out on things you need or want to do.
Sometimes I need to just take a deep breathe and look at what’s around me and appreciate it.
