  • Hello Ron,

Listened through and enjoyed your music. I Want My RKtv.mp3 would be perfect for the ambient yurt at Entheon, and it occurred to me you might enjoy playing something. The yurt is one bakery in diameter and has 5 Mackie 350v2 speakers plus a modest sub hooked into a MacBook with Max, Kyma, Cubase, and a Shure SM58 mic. Those are my toys, which you’re welcome to use, and you’d be welcome to bring your own toys.

Also, if you have any friends who might enjoy playing, please ask them to email me.

    All the best,

    Blue Fire

ps- Here’s a call that will be posted on a general list sooner or later:

! MUSICIANS ! The Ambient Yurt needs live acoustic instrumentalists and non-amplified singers for group improvisation and meditative performance. The vibe is quiet, contemplative, non-invasive, nurturing. Tibetan bowls, secure chanting voices, trained classical musicians, didjeridoo, ocarina, whatever… Laptop musicians also considered for original meditative music and improvisation. There’s a flexible, very small, very quiet sound system. We’re open to your ideas. Please give the common mind something good to eat.
